Rates reflect his extensive experience, balanced approach, and longstanding reputation for fairness and clarity in dispute resolution.
All work is performed on a retainer basis, meaning clients provide an initial payment from which hourly services are deducted. When the retainer is depleted, clients can replenish the balance as needed. At the completion of the matter, any unused portion of the retainer is promptly returned. This structure ensures transparency, allows clients to plan their budget, and provides predictable management of fees throughout the case.

Retainer Policy
Clients submit an initial retainer before work begins. All time and services are billed against this amount. When the retainer is fully used, the client is responsible for replenishing it. Any remaining balance is refunded once all work is completed.
